At Williams Jewelers your complete satisfaction is our priority. You may exchange, return or receive store credit for your purchase within 30 days, no questions asked. All timepieces must be returned in the original and unworn condition that they were received, with original receipt and packaging.

The warranty for a new watch should be filled out if the sale of that particular watch is final. A watch cannot be returned or exchanged if it has been sized, worn, or if the warranty has been filled out. Watches have several safety features to assure that the watch has not been worn. As an Authorized Dealer, we are obligated to ensure that all new watches sold are in pristine condition.
