Sales Consultant

Williams Jewelers is a family owned business celebrating 70 years. Our focus is providing excellent customer service while providing a unique experience for each client that visits us.

We are building client relationships daily and are privileged to be a part of and help people celebrate life's special moments.

Through regular training's and meetings, we are consistently learning to stay current with product knowledge and changes in the industry. We have numerous Trunk Shows and events that are exciting for the team and our clients!

Role Responsibilities:

    - The Sales Consultant is responsible for consulting daily, identifying new sales opportunities, continually building a clientele base, making appointments, prompt follow up and follow through and continuing product knowledge
    - Providing excellent customer service and a personalized experience on an ongoing basis
    - Full time position
    - Must be willing to work Saturdays

Preferred Experience / Qualifications:

    - Minimum 1 year jewelry retail or high-end merchandise sales experience
    - Self-motivated, organized, friendly, patient and outgoing with lots of enthusiasm
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Strong clientele abilities
